“Murder With Friends”, a murder mystery dinner, is coming up on four dates: October 25 or 26, or November 1 or 2. The 3-course dinners and deaths will take place at four stately manors in Jefferson. Organizer Ginny Showman says all proceeds will benefit the Jefferson public library, and describes the event as “an evening of dinner, danger, and intrigue”.
Guests will be cast as suspects, or even…gasp…the murderer. They’ll solve the murder together the same evening. Attendees are asked to wear a simple mask or costume, since the occasion is “The Annual All Hallows Eve Costume Ball” at the Walgrave Astoria.
